MBI will happily design exterior living spaces when doing so provides continuity for an interior project. Exterior living spaces are limited to the furniture, fixtures, and accessories, while a change in landscaping and hardscaping will be left to a Landscape Designer to ensure the best possible outcome for your project.

• Design Fees for “Full Service” and “Design Only“ packages are customized and based on both the size of the room or rooms, as well as the scope of work (which is the extent of work to be done).

• “Single Session Consultations” and “Designer for a Day” consultation services are determined by our current hourly rate, plus any travel fees for those living outside of the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. (More about Travel Fees answered in previous question.)
