Phase 1: Concept
No matter the service, working with MBI begins with understanding. The designer seeks to understand the client’s goals, investment level, and design style(s). Based on this information, the client will be recommended the most appropriate design service and presented with all the information needed to ensure their understanding of how the project will flow and what they can expect at each and every step. This includes a detailed description of every product and deliverable MBI will provide, a comprehensive, step-by-step list of the process for their specific type of service, a Renovation or Redecoration Guide full of tips to help minimize stress and chaos, and so much more!
Phase 2: Development
Based on information gathered during the Concept Phase, the designer creates a room or rooms unique to the client. Meaning, the design is tailor-made for them, incorporating their wants and needs, solving those tricky problems, and helping them live better in their home. The design is presented holistically, making the process as efficient as possible and allowing the homeowner to make decisions they absolutely love and feel confident in.
Once the design has been fully developed, fine-tuned, and (most importantly) approved by the client, we can make all of our great ideas your new reality! The specifics depend on the type of service you entrust MBI with, but every client receives full support and consistent communication until every single deliverable has been fulfilled and we have crossed every task off of our list. When all is said and done, you’ll enjoy for new room(s) for years to come!
Phase 3: Implementation
